The owners of the Presidential City Apartments wanted to update the building's facade and create an amenities experience that would offer an escape for their residents and a unique destination for their community. With the feeling of a Southeast Asian resort in mind, SgRA designed a sprawling retreat complete with wellness center, club house, indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, 3 pools, and several BBQ pits for residents and neighbors alike to enjoy.
