After a long period of decline and eventual condemnation after a devastating fire, the former Parker Spruce Hotel has reopened its doors as an elevated destination for global travelers to Philadelphia’s trendy Midtown Village neighborhood. Built in the late teens of the 20th century, SgRA completed a full restoration of the façade and all historic interior elements of the 100-room hotel, creating a unique, custom boutique experience in the Marriott collection of hotels, complete with a high-end restaurant on the ground floor led by celebrated Philadelphia Chef, Derek Davis.
