SgRA was brought on board at a crucial turning-point for this project, when its feasibility hung in the balance. Utilizing our expertise in complex code analysis, SgRA overcame budgetary, material, scheduling, and life-safety challenges to complete the construction of a 4-story luxury condominium addition to this Rittenhouse Square high-rise. Its innovative, lightweight materials set the perfect backdrop for the elegant, elevated interiors of the units, and pair harmoniously with the new fine dining restaurant installed on the ground floor.
