An irregularly shaped site created an unusual challenge in this ongoing project. Leveraging the unique shape of the property, SgRA's proposed design wraps around itself to provide unexpected amounts of daylight and green space for residents. This 6-story multi-use building will feature commercial space on the 1st floor with underground parking, a private 2nd floor courtyard, and a roof deck.
