A thoughtful renovation transformed this historic former cold storage warehouse in West Philadelphia into a 180,000 sq. ft., 175 unit mixed-use multi-family residential building perfectly suited to the students and young professionals frequenting the nearby University of Pennsylvania campus and surrounding businesses. In acknowledgement of its recent past as a canvas for local graffiti artists, graffiti was salvaged where possible and recreated in others to lend personality and a link to the past to the building’s renovated corridors and community spaces.
