Housing is in high demand in the up and coming West Poplar neighborhood. In this recently completed project, SgRA worked with the owners of a corner lot to provide just that. SgRA's design transformed a lot formerly used for storage into a 6-story, 18,600 square foot mixed use apartment building with ground floor retail and a roof deck with enviable views for residents.
