The iconic Beury Building, familiar to most Philadelphia natives by the notorious graffiti on the north side and south sides of the building, has fallen into disrepair after sitting empty for decades. In what will surely be a transformative project for the entire neighborhood, SgRA is working with its new owners to revitalize the 14-story historic building into a 160 room hotel.
