This developing new, 330,000 sq. ft., 5-story mixed-use residential complex will replace an abandoned parking lot in North Philadelphia's rapidly expanding Norris Square neighborhood. 340 residential units and other amenities topped with a roof deck will sit above 30,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail and a below-ground, 200 car parking lot.
